New Patients are eligible for the wellness plan
The monthly charge covers 1 adjustment per person on the plan.
Additional adult adjustments during the month are $45.
Additional child adjustments during the month are $40.
Wellness plans must be joined for a minimum of 6 months.
There’s 15% off all in-office professional quality supplement purchases.
Missed monthly appointments – 2 adjustments total can be rolled over per person (consider package deal if regularly missing appointments).
For family of 4+, $30 is added to the family plan per kid.
Your card on file will be automatically charged 1x/mo until canceled.

*There is a 3% charge for card payments. Charge is waived for 1x/mo wellness visit.
